Blue plaque unveiled for Notting Hill Carnival

What is said to be the world's largest blue plaque was unveiled this afternoon honouring the pioneers of the Notting Hill Carnival. The heritage sign was commissioned by the Nubian Jak community trust and features 70 names. It's a tribute to the 70th anniversary of Windrush.
