Bank Junction safety scheme

A controversial road safety scheme at Bank Junction is to be made permanent.
The changes follow a 16-month experiment, where between Monday and Friday 7am to 7pm all vehicles are banned  from the roads - apart from buses and cyclists.
The measures were brought in after a number of fatal accidents involving lorries and bikes.
