Poets release new book about mental health

Dozens of well-known and established poets have come together to be part of a new book - exploring mental health, and how language can be used to challenge stigma and question how we are supposed to feel.

The anthology, 'The Dizziness of Freedom', features works by Lemn Sissay, the spoken word artist Joelle Taylor, and the rapper Dizraeli.

The book has been edited by Jake Wild Hall and Amy Acre.
