Liz Johnson on addressing the disability employment gap

The paralympic swimming champion Liz Johnson is on a mission to address the disability employment gap - with a new type of recruitment firm. Figures for the captial show that less than half of people with a disability are in work - compared to 85 percent of able-bodied Londoners.

That is something Liz wants to change through her agency- The Ability People.

She told us more, along with Adil Ghani from Bromley- who joined the team earlier this month.
