Former music industry boss raises awareness about depression

Events are taking place to mark World Mental Health Day to raise awareness and campaign for more support.

Among those using their experience to help others, is the former music industry boss turned author and film maker Jeremy Thomas.

Having run a record label in his 20s, his undiagnosed manic depression left him seriously ill.

He now shares what he went through in the hope that prevention is better than cure.
