Rough sleeping, who's to blame?

It's claimed almost 30% of Londoners believe rough sleepers have only themselves to blame, with three quarters of us thinking homeless people could get off the streets if they really wanted.

The findings have come from a survey carried out from the housing and support charity Evolve.

It says the reality is often far from this with a combination of poor mental and physical health, and a lack of education causing serious barriers.
