The Feminist Library fundraises for a new home

Running for over 40 years, the volunteer led Feminist Library is fundraising for a move into a new home.

Due to a redevelopment, the library needs to move it's valuable collection into another venue, which will allow them 50% more space - but it comes at the cost of £30,000.

It needs to leave its current premises in Westminster Bridge Road in Spring 2019, for a move to Peckham.

The Feminist Library has a team of feminist architects, designers and makers lined up to work on the project, who are giving their time for free.

The space will be designed by HI-VIS and Lucy Sanderson, and the fittings built by Power Project.
