Protest outside Parliament to demand better pay for teachers

College teachers and students from across the UK have gathered outside Parliament - to demand for better pay for staff.

The Association of Colleges says over the last decade institutions have faced a 30 percent funding cut on average.

The organisation claims without more money, the UK faces a skills gap crisis, with colleges unable to train a future workforce.
