Anton Chekhov's original play remastered

With no title, too many characters, and a duration of six hours Anton Chekhov's first play was and is considered unstagable.

But the award-winning Dublin based theatre company Dead Centre took the work, gave the audience headphones, and went on to create an experience that has received shining reviews.

It is now coming to London for the first time after being delayed by the fire at battersea arts centre.

Ben Kidd the co-director spoke to London Live about taking on the project.
