Uber drivers protest on first day of appeal

A long running case over the status of Uber drivers has reached the Court of Appeal.

The private hire firm is challenging a previous tribunal, which said they should be treated as workers and entitled to sick and holiday pay as well as the minimum wage.

Hundreds of people gathered in protest outside the court.
