Dirty Laundry

A new play, examining the treatment of women in Ireland, who were sent to the Magdalene Laundries is set to open in the capital.

The Roman Catholic institutions saw tens of thousands of women incarcerated against their will.

The new production called Dirty Laundry aims to give a voice to some of those who were affected.

London Live spoke to Wallis Hamilton Felton who has written and stars in the show.
