Story of Windrush Generation told by the Grand Union Orchestra

The backstory to the arrival of the Windrush Generation is being told in a new show by the Grand Union Orchestra.

Called Uncharted Crossings, it takes audiences back more than 500 years to the slave trade that crossed the Atlantic.

Tony Haynes is the orchestra's composer, he joined us alongside trumpeter Claude Deppa.
