Londoner's will be tightening their belts this Christmas

Nearly a third of Londoners say that they'll be spending less on Christmas this year because they are tightening their belts, while just over a fifth of us were left with debts after the festive period last year.

We spoke to shoppers on Oxford Street today to get their views, and Guy Simmons from Nationwide, who commissioned the research.
