Childline prepares for surge in calls over Christmas

Ahead of Christmas, the founder of the charity Childline, Dame Esther Rantzen, visited the London headquarters today in Shoreditch, to speak to volunteers who are the first point of contact when it comes to children calling or going online for help.

It comes as the charity says they expect a surge in calls over December and January.
