Dandelion: a new play

A new play in Islington will travel back to the late 1980s to shine a light on life under Clause 28 - a policy often forgotten about, which meant that the 'promotion' of homosexuality in schools was a criminal offence.

The story follows a 16 year old girl struggling with her sexuality and being forced to try and surpress her feelings by her teacher.

The play is an all female cast, and is written by Jennifer Cerys.

Dandelion will be on at the King's Head in Islington on 16th and 17th of December.
