Circus 1903 has arrived in the capital

The golden age of the circus is celebrated in a new show coming to the South Bank.

Circus 1903 features all the thrills of the form, including acrobats, contortionists, jugglers and trapeze artists.

In place of exotic animals which are no longer part of contemporary scene there are puppets.

The elephants Peanut and Queenie are from the creators of the world’s biggest magic show The Illusionists,  and award-winning puppeteers behind War Horse.
