Santa out cycling to raise awareness of air pollution in Tower Hamlets

Santa was out an about on the streets of east London this afternoon - not as a dress rehearsal for the big night in a few days time, but with an important message about Air pollution.

The Borough of Tower Hamlets has the 5th Highest pollution rate in the capital and he was handing out gifts to encourage people and businesses to switch to cycling and other sustainable forms of transport this Christmas as part of the councils Breathe Clean initiative.
