Crackdown on Fly-Tipping

In a bid to become London's cleanest borough, Barking and Dagenham council have announced plans to name and shame those who drop litter and flytip.

The borough has launched a youtube channel, where it will post footage of those caught in the act.

The local authority says it's also hired more enforcement officers, with the power to issue on the spot fines.
