New short film covers the story of James Bulger

 The shocking story of James Bulger - the toddler from Merseyside who was abducted and murdered in 1993 is the focus of a new short film, based on transcripts and records from the case.

‘Detainment’ has already picked up awards, and is on the shortlist for an Oscar nomination, but has also faced criticism over attempts to humanise the killers.

The film's director, Vincent Lambe explained more.
