Medical experts call for more BAME organ donors

City Hall held a meeting about how to get more members of the black and minority ethnic community in the capital to sign up for organ donation.

The London Assembly's Health Committee found that 42% of Londoners from ethnic backgrounds would not want to donate - largely due to cultural and religious reasons.

Orin Lews from the African & Caribbean Leukaemia Trust and actor and DJ Lonyo, who had a double kidney transplant, came to speak to London Live.
