NHS England's chief nurse for London gives a helping hand

Today has been dubbed Blue Monday - claimed to be the most depressing day of the year - when we're cold, broke and our resolutions have gone out the window.

It's based on an actual formula, although sceptics question whether it's really a PR stunt.

However, if you aren't feeling great, there is help and advice on hand - Professor Oliver Shanley, NHS England's regional chief nurse for London came into the studio to tell us the details.
