Singer Mark Kingswood looks to lift commuters spirits on Blue Monday

Today has been dubbed Blue Monday - claimed to be the most depressing day of the year - when we're cold, broke and our resolutions have gone out the window.

It's based on an actual formula, although sceptics question whether it's really a PR stunt.

One man hoping to help lift our spirit was the musician Mark Kingswood - he was singing his new track 'Dancing on a Monday' to commuters this morning in aid of Centre point - a homeless charity.
