London Assembly questions the Mayoral budget

Knife crime in the capital remains at near record levels, as figures revealed close to 15,000 attacks in the 12 months to last September. That's a 50 percent increase on what it was in 2015. The crime stats came as the Mayor set out his draft budget on 24 January- with policing at the top of the agenda.
