A Touch of Colombia in the Capital

The colours of Colombia are dominating the hot house of Kew this month as the 24th annual Orchid Festival gets underway. Thousands of different species of the tropical plant will be on show, including the critically endangered 'Flor de Mayo', the South American country's national flower.
