Plans unveiled to cut down on personal deliveries in central London

TfL and the Mayor have unveiled their strategy to reduce the number of personal deliveries being made to offices in central London.

As many as 400,000 drop offs take place every day, adding to congestion and pollution.

Today a range of initiatives were announced - from electric vans, more click and collect points, and using TfL land for micro-distribution centres.
