PC Khafi Kareem on being a woman in the Metropolitan Police

The Metropolitan Police are aiming to get more women and BAME people to join the police force.

Khafi Kareem joined the Met and hasn't looked back since. 

She curated a special event at an after school club in Peckham, Culture Tree, where children and parents came to hear her talk and answer questions about policing. 

She told us all about how police representation can help us all move forward.
