Ed Stafford on his 60 days on the streets

The former army Captain, turned adventurer Ed Stafford is no stranger to hostile situations.

He's been held at gunpoint on the Amazon by drug traffickers, and was marooned without food and equipment on an uninhabited tropical island - but the 43 year old says his latest challenge was by far one of the most nerve-wracking and intimidating to-date.

He spent 60 days living rough in three UK cities, including London.

He's been speaking to Toby Earle about the documentary, which is airing on Channel 4.
