Play inspired by a fertility pioneer

A new play inspired by the fertility pioneer Mary Barton is set for its World Premiere at the Jermyn Street Theatre. Mary's Babies is a fictionalised account of the work done by Barton at her Portland Place clinic, and the understanding that many of the children born to women who used the service, shared the same father. I've been speaking to the cast -Emma Fielding and Katy Stephens

Marys Babies is on at the Jermyn Street Theatre until the 13th of April.
