Claire Waxman calls for #VictimsLaw

The victims of crime in the capital are being routinely failed by the justice system, and remain unsure of what help and support they are entitled to - that's according to a new report by London's Independent Victims' Commissioner.

Claire Waxman says she has reviewed the Code of Practice set up in 2006 for authorities, and says it's no longer fit for purpose.

She's now calling on the government to deliver on their promise for a #VictimsLaw.
