Filmmaker, River Gallo, on 'Ponyboi'

A groundbreaking film about a young intersex man who is looking for love is being screened in the capital at the BFI Flare Festival.

Ponyboi has been backed by Stephen Fry and Emma Thompson and stars River Gallo, who is making cinema history as the first narrative film to have been made by, and star an out intersex individual. 

Ponyboi is on at the Southbank at the BFI Flare Festival.
