Wellington Collection puts on new exhibition

The story of the young Duke of Wellington's time in India is being told through a collection of paintings, sketches and objects that belonged to him.

A decade before he defeated Napolean in the Battle of Waterloo, the 27 year old set said for India, to broaden his education and military experience.

The new exhibition includes a dinner service with cutlery taken from Napoleon's carriage after his defeat, and opens at the Wellington Collection on Saturday.
