Coffee Festival Returns to the Capital

As the coffee industry continues to grow at an incredible rate in the UK, the nation is fast running out of baristas to keep the flat whites flowing.

New research released by The London Coffee Festival has found that the industry is now worth over £10.1 billion (+7.9% YoY), however whilst 160,000 baristas currently work in the UK, we will need to train a further 40,000 in the next four years to maintain the rate at which Brits are lapping up their lattes.
