Opera 'Mary, Queen of Scots' starts a UK tour in the Capital

A new take on Donizetti's opera Mary, Queen of Scots is set to start a UK tour in the capital- being performed in two venues with close connection's to her main rival Queen Elizabeth.

The tragedy explores the turmoil and tensions of the period, making comparisons with current issues, and stars the award-winning soprano, Philippa Boyle.
