Mary Quant: A fashion revolutionary

Dame Mary Quant is the latest fashion pioneer to be honoured by the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Outfits from a 20 year period are about to go on show, from her uplifting designs in post war Britain, to those she created in the 1970s.

Never before seen sketches and photos also aim to give an insight into the work of Quant, considered a revolutionary in her field.

Mary Quant, sponsored by King's Road, at the V&A from 6 April 2019 - 16 February 2020, vam.ac.uk/maryquant
