The Taxi Charity trip - taking veterans from London to Normandy

This June will mark the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings - the largest seaborne invasion in history, which led to the liberation of Northern France from Nazis occupation during the Second World War.

The Taxi Charity, which supports veterans, has announced it will be taking 30 former servicemen from London to Normandy to mark the anniversary.

Two veterans who have received The Legion of Honour, acknowledging their excellent military conduct, spoke to us about their experiences.
