A giant baby arrives in Southwark

Aside from the Royal birth, another significant baby was delivered in the capital this week - the second being the focus of an event taking place in Southwark this weekend.

Named Zara, and bigger than a double decker bus - the giant mechanical baby is the creation of the outdoor arts specialists Walk The plank, and the theatre company Mind The Gap - who will deliver a special musical performance in the grounds of the Imperial war musuem .

The show is about the struggle that parents of diabled children go through.
