A man who is currently committed to running 10km in every country in the world by the time the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo begin, is calling on Londoners to join him in an additional 33 runs, taking place in the captial.

Dan Thompson will be going the extra distances in each borough, and the city all with the aim of promoting the benefits of exercise, and raising money for charity.

Dan, the chief executive of the Gold Challenge spoke to Anthony Baxter shortly after starting his runs in London.
