The Herne Hill mural is mounted

The finishing touches have been made to a record breaking mural in Herne Hill.

The design, which involved thousands of people from the area, including the actor Mark Rylance, was today finally completed.

It can be found in an underpass between Station Square and Milkwood Road.

It entered the record books for the most contributions to a colour by numbers painting.
