Summer festival celebrates the vibrancy of Afghan culture

A summer festival celebrating the vibrancy of Afghan culture aims to bring together people from different ethnic and cultural groups.

The annual event will have everything from authentic musical performances to food and henna tattooing but ultimately it hopes to empower refugees to integrate fully.

It's organised by The Afghanistan and Central Asian Association, Rabia Nasimi who spoke with Tanya Francis.

The summer festival at Lampton Park in Hounslow on the 23rd of June.
