Mao Jianhua at the Saatchi Gallery

The Chinese artist Mao Jianhua has brought his latest collection of paintings to the Saatchi Gallery - a first for the UK.

The work, some of the five metres wide, explore themes of spirituality, with a style based on ancient chinese writing.

The artist and the curator have both explained their interpretations of the work.

It's on at the Saatchi Gallery until the 7th of July.
