Exhibition marks 50th anniversary of Moon landing

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the start of the 4 day Apollo 11 mission to the moon and the landing which saw Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong take a giant leap for mankind.

As part of the events to celebrate the anniversary, a dozen astronaut helmets have been transformed into works of art, by a group of leading artists. What they have created have now go on show in Chelsea, as part of a travelling exhibition called One Small Step.
