Mayor unveils safer North London junction

After years of disruption, and decades of one way congestion - work to transform one of North London's busiest junctions has finally come to an end.

The Mayor today officially unveiled Highbury Corner as a two way system with segregated cycle lanes.

Having been a one-way system for the last six decades there's hope it will reduce fatalities and get more people cycling in the capital.
