Kara Walker's turbine hall installation at Tate Modern

The latest installation to take over Tate Modern's turbine hall has been unveiled.

A 13 metre high fountain fro Kara Walker based on the Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace has been placed at the heart of the space.

The sculpture is covered in historic figures with the artist behind it describing it as 'a gift from one cultural subject to the heart of the empire.'
