McFly's Harry Judd on how exercise and drumming helped him cope with anxiety

The Mcfly member Harry Judd has revealed he suffered from anxiety during his time with the band.

The drummer said his role with the group, and exercise helped him to cope with what he was going through.

During McFly's hiatus Harry documented his experience, and explored what exercise, and drumming could do for the mind.

Harry is a spokesperson for BeatOrbit in Camden, which is giving Londoners a chance to playing the drums for themselves, and play against each other.

Harry and McFly are heading to the o2 next month, and touring the UK news year.
