Official opening for Walthamstow's new £30m investment

A major section of the mayor's mini-Holland programme was officially opened in Walthamstow today.

The £30 million initiative, in three outer boroughs, including Waltham Forest - aims to make it safer for people to cycle and walk.

The scheme in North East London has involved a major redevelopment of the Walthamstow gyratory, close to the town's tube station.
