Getting help and increasing understanding on International Stuttering Awareness Day

The majority of people may not know but today is international stuttering awareness day.

For those who with a stammer - its an important moment to try and raise awareness of an issue that can cause crippling social anxiety for those that suffer.

The McGuire programme who offer courses in London to help stutterers overcome the problem with both physical and emotional support are one such organisation wanting to shine a light on something many of us don't fully understand.

I spoke with Ben Browett and Salman Ahmed who have suffered with stammers and are now instructors on the course.
