New study shows thousands of disabled children across London are at risk when travelling

New research has found nearly 40,000 disabled children across London are not getting the specialist equipment they need. The findings by charity, Newlife, show that 50% of local councils are still refusing to pay for specialist car seats, putting vulnerable children at risk or serious injury.

We contacted the organisation that represents London's 32 councils but did not receive a response regarding this new research.
