Chelsea football club supporting new transgender initiative

A new programme which aims to help support and empower trans women has been launched by 56 Dean Street, London's largest sexual health clinic.

Through a series of workshops, Project Bootcamp offers advice and support on transitioning.

It's being led by trans HIV activist Rebecca De Havillan who joined Tanya along with Damian from Chelsea Football club, who are supporting the initiative.
