New network supporting women in business

Two London based entrepreneurs have just launched a new initiative to help and fund female change-makers and environmental entrepreneurs.

Phoenix Rising was launched on International Women's day in March.

They describe it as a network to support women in business and inspire a complete culture change in the workplace.

Their global collective launched on Friday - with the focus on giving a leg up to female activists trying to make a positive impact for the planet.

James spoke to Laura Westcott, the co-founder, and Catherine, a musician and member of the initiative.
