National Grief Awareness week

To mark National Grief Awareness week, events are taking place across the capital, ranging from a special performance of a show about the stages of grief, to a bake off.

One of those involved, is Charlotte Jolliffe, the founder of Freddie's Wish which she set up after her one year old son was killed in a car accident.

I've been talking to Charlotte about what an awareness week of this kind can do for those who need support.
